1. Who we are
FounderFit is operated by Lakay Network. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide.
2. What we collect
Account data (email, display name), questionnaire answers, resume file and extracted text, generated ideas and plans, task progress, expenses and notes you save, and basic technical logs (AI request metadata).
3. How we use it
To run the service, generate personalized ideas and plans via our AI provider, secure your account, and improve the product. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
4. Sub-processors
We rely on trusted infrastructure: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Lovable Cloud (hosting), and the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes prompts to Google and OpenAI models. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
5. Your rights
You can access, export and delete your data at any time from Settings. EU/UK users can also request rectification or restriction and lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile, questionnaire, resume, ideas, plans, progress, notes and expenses. Aggregated, non-identifying logs may be kept for security and abuse prevention.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
